Andy Wilkinson f63f6d7252 Polish "Strip query string from Cloud Foundry reactive links base URL" 
This commit polishes the proposed test for the WebFlux Cloud Foundry
endpoint. To protect against future regressions, it also adds tests
for the general purpose links endpoints (WebFlux, Web MVC, and
Jersey) and for the Web MVC Cloud Foundry endpoint.

Lee JiWon 847b2e837b Strip query string from Cloud Foundry reactive links base URL 
CloudFoundryLinksHandler passes request.getURI().toString() directly
to EndpointLinksResolver.resolveLinks(), which includes the query
string. This causes generated link hrefs to contain the query
(for example, "/cfApplication?x=1/info"). The standard WebFlux and
Cloud Foundry servlet siblings already strip the query before
resolving links.

Use UriComponentsBuilder.replaceQuery(null) to match the pattern used
by WebFluxEndpointHandlerMapping and add a regression test for a
query-string request.

Lee JiWon b36edad27d Preserve HttpMethod in EndpointRequest exclusions 
EndpointRequest.withHttpMethod(...) restrictions are lost when
excluding(Class<?>...), excluding(String...), or excludingLinks()
are chained because each exclusion creates a new matcher without
the configured method.

Preserve the configured HttpMethod in both servlet and reactive
matchers and add regression tests for exclusion chaining.

LeeJiWon 1841396531 Honor HttpMethod for reactive additional endpoint paths 
Reactive EndpointRequest.toAdditionalPaths(...).withHttpMethod(...)
stores the configured HttpMethod but does not pass it to the
underlying matcher. As a result, additional endpoint paths match
regardless of the configured request method.

Update the reactive matcher to pass the configured method through
and add a regression test to verify that only matching methods are
accepted.
