When the milestone is unscheduled, use the configured release train as
a source of the release date. This allows moveToSnapshots to be used
before joining the train, when the milestone is typically unscheduled.
Fixes gh-51942
Update `AggregatedJavadoc` so that jar names are constructed from
resolved artifact IDs rather than using the raw cache filename. Without
this change, javadoc generation fails when consuming SNAPSHOT
dependencies.
See gh-51456
Update docs build to use offline javadoc links based on the
contents of the javadoc jars. Since some libraries ship incorrect
Gradle `.module` files, new dependency variants have been added for
`implicitjavadoc` and `implicitsources`. These assume that javadoc
and source jars are shipped using Maven conventions. These variants
must be resolved using `lenient = true` since not all libraries ship
them.
The `element-list` files for `log4j` and `tomcat` have been copied
directly from their website since they are available online but no
javadoc jars are shipped.
The `aggregatedJavadoc` task will now fail if links are made to
unknown packages.

Gradle 9.6 deprecates Project.getProperties, which will be removed
in Gradle 10.
Use ProviderFactory.gradleProperty to read the required properties
in AntoraAsciidocAttributes and the image system tests build script.
Preserve null handling for missing Antora properties and fall back
to the project version when springBootVersion is not configured.
Update the provider mocks and add tests for the GraalVM
plugin version attribute.

Gradle 9.6 deprecates passing a Project instance as dependency notation,
which currently causes the build to emit deprecation warnings and will
become an error in Gradle 10.
This commit updates AggregatorPlugin to use
DependencyFactory#createProjectDependency instead.

Remove `LibraryVersion` in favor of working directly with
`DependencyVersion` for most tasks. As of commit 510c7815
`LibraryVersion` is only being used as a wrapper for the link
factory function. Introducing a dedicated `LinkedVersion` for
that purpose simplifies a lot of code.
See gh-51498
Update link DSL with a new `Links` type and an enum for the type
rather than a name. This update also fixes Hibernate links which were
broken.

The task loaded the auto-configuration metadata twice and wrote every
module's adoc file twice. When `load()` and `writeNavAdoc()` were
introduced, the pre-existing loop that read each metadata file and
called `writeModuleAdoc()` was left in place, so each file was
generated once from `load()` and then again, identically, by the loop.
Remove the redundant loop. The generated output is unchanged.

Configures the `basePath` on Detekt tasks to use a relative path from
the root project. This prevents absolute paths from being used during
analysis, avoiding cross-machine build cache misses and ensuring the
task is fully relocatable.

Micrometer Tracing's bom isn't a pure bill of materials for the
Micrometer Tracing project as it also imports Micrometer's bom.
As Boot itself also imports Micrometer's bom this can lead to
conflicts when the versions do not all align. For example, at the
time of writing, Boot is using 1.5.10-SNAPSHOT of Micrometer Tracing
and trying to use 1.15.10-SNAPSHOT of Micrometer. This results in some
conflicts as the Micrometer Tracing bom imports 1.15.9 of the
Micrometer bom.
