Andy Wilkinson a329d7009e Fix graceful shutdown with Jetty ...

Thanks to the misleadingly named isJetty10 method, 6b9ccdca
unintentionally introduced a call to Future.get() that was only
required with Jetty 9. The method probably should have been called
isAtLeastJetty10.
