Phillip Webb 1f6983c4c9 Make CompositeHealth.getDetails() public ...

Change `CompositeHealth.getDetails()` to public so that it serializes
correctly when `MapperFeature.CAN_OVERRIDE_ACCESS_MODIFIERS` is
disabled.
