Ahmed El amraouiyine 485bd7c636 Bind empty strings to empty maps ...

Align `MapBinder` with `IndexedElementsBinder` to ensure that
empty strings are bound as empty `Map` instances rather than
throwing a `ConverterNotFoundException`.
