Phillip Webb 70ce043f80 Bind HttpServiceClientProperties directly ...

Update `HttpServiceClientProperties` to use direct binding rather than
using `@ConfigurationProperties`. The prevents metadata and IDE issues
and also allows the class API to be simplified.
