Dmytro Nosan 8abff71009 Associate MeterConventions for JVM and system metrics ...

This commit auto-configures the following beans with their corresponding
conventions, when available:

- ProcessorMetrics with JvmCpuMeterConventions
- JvmMemoryMetrics with JvmMemoryMeterConventions
- JvmThreadMetrics with JvmThreadMeterConventions
- ClassLoaderMetrics with JvmClassLoadingMeterConventions
