Dmytro Nosan 9a940702bc Improve logging in DockerApi ...

This commit introduces a new constructor in `DockerApi`
that accepts `DockerLogger` as a parameter.

The `DockerLogger` is a pretty simple callback interface used to
provide DockerApi output logging.
