Scott Frederick d67dcf16cd Migrate FailureAnalyzers to constructor injection 
All `FailureAnalyzer` implementations should use constructor
injection for `BeanFactory` and `Environment` instead of implementing
`BeanFactoryAware` or `EnvironmentAware` interfaces.
