* Adds exports/open to jvm.config

* Moves jspecify behind profile

Activate with java25 and jspecify.enabled=true

Was unable to update asciidoctor-maven-plugin from 2.1.0 -> 2.2.1 because of build failure.
Need to investigate for M2
