Refactor PubSubHeaders, StompHeaders, MessageBuilder

Browse Source 
Rename to PubSubHeaderAccessor and StompHeaderAccessor
Move the renamed classes to support packages

Remove fromPayloadAndHeaders from MessageBuilder, just use
withPayload(..).copyHeaders(..) instead.
