Sébastien Deleuze 0bad69d5fb Fix SSE with indenting serializer in WebMvc.fn ...

This commit ensures that HTTP headers like "text/event-stream"
are correctly forwarded to the converter used in
SseServerResponse for proper pretty print handling.
