Phillip Webb 52b03e3326 Migrate CoroutinesUtils to Java ...

Migrate `CoroutinesUtils` from Kotlin code to Java and drop the
`kotlin-coroutines` module.

This update removes the need for Kotlin tooling IDE plugins to be
installed.
