Arjen Poutsma 7187a2435e XStreamMarshaller supports stream directly 
XStreamMarshaller now supports writing to OutputStreams and reading from
InputStreams directly, as opposed to wrapping streams in a
OutputStreamWriter or InputStreamReader.
