ghostg00 6f6eb3d996 Fix example in Javadoc for @EnableWebSocket 
The `echoWebSocketHandler()` method is not defined in the
`WebSocketConfigurer` interface and should therefore be annotated with
`@Bean` instead of `@Override`.
