Sébastien Deleuze 9d768a89d2 Make ReactorClientHttpConnector lifecycle-aware 
With this commit, ReactorClientHttpConnector now implements
SmartLifecycle which optionally allows recreating the HttpClient
after ReactorResourceFactory has been updated.
