Sam Brannen 9f717871e6 Introduce getAnnotation() in AnnotatedElementUtils ...

This commit introduces a "synthesized annotation" alternative to
getAnnotationAttributes() in AnnotatedElementUtils, analogous to the
recently introduced findAnnotation() methods.
