Arjen Poutsma fb61af1882 Allow "release on close" for DataBuffer.asInputStream ...

This commit introduces DataBuffer.asInputStream(boolean), that can
release the underlying buffer when the stream is closed.

Furthermore, this commit adds additional javadoc.
