Update Spring Data Bom's calendar name to align with repo changes

The Data team have repurposed some of their repositories It's now
spring-data-bom and not spring-data-release that has the milestones
for each release of the Spring Data Bom.

This commit updates spring-boot-dependencies to fix the retrieval of
Spring Data Bom release dates from the calendar.
