Junhwan Choi 5d6e417134 Delete layer temp file when layer creation fails 
When ImageBuildpack.ExportedLayers creates a layer file, the copy from
the source tar can fail, for example when a malformed entry name is
rejected. The temporary layer file created before the copy was not
deleted in that case and was left orphaned in the system temp
directory.

Delete the layer temp file when creating it fails, suppressing any
secondary failure from the delete so the original exception is
propagated.

Andy Wilkinson 10190c7cc7 Fix race condition in ProcessRunnerTests 
There's a race between destruction of the process completing and the
test checking that the process has been destroyed. When the test
wins the race, it fails.

This commit removes the race condition by updating the test to wait
until the process has been destroyed.

JaeHyunAn 7fd64281e0 Apply RabbitMQ credential fallbacks for null values 
Docker records an environment variable that is declared without a value
as a bare name, which DockerEnv maps to a null value rather than
omitting the key. Map.getOrDefault only falls back when the key is
absent, so both the fallback key and the guest default were skipped.

Sebastien Tardif 27e96308ed Improve Docker Compose ProcessRunner's handling of failure cases 
Release the output reader latch in a finally block so a failing stream
read or output consumer cannot leave ProcessRunner.run blocked on
CountDownLatch.await after the child process has exited.

Destroy the child process when waitFor is interrupted so Docker Compose
commands are not left running as orphans.

Phillip Webb eaaa8334bc Drop LibraryVersion and introduce LinkedVersion 
Remove `LibraryVersion` in favor of working directly with
`DependencyVersion` for most tasks. As of commit 510c7815
`LibraryVersion` is only being used as a wrapper for the link
factory function. Introducing a dedicated `LinkedVersion` for
that purpose simplifies a lot of code.
