Previously JsonComponentModule tried to instantiate all
inner classes and failed with InstantiationException when
the class is abstract and extends JsonSerializer/JsonDeserializer.
With this change is now possible to have common logic inner abstract classes.

Previously, JarURLConnection would fail when created with a URL that
began with jar:file:// as the double-slash is not included in jarFile.getUrl().getFile().
This commit updates JarURLConnection to normalise the value return from
url.getFile() to remove a double-slash when present.

Previously, when Spring Session 1.1.0.M1 and DevTools were declared as
dependencies the application failed to start, because
sessionRedisTemplate could not be resolved.
This commit relaxes the dependency for sessionRedisTemplate in
restartCompatibleRedisSerializerConfigurer from
RedisTemplate<String, ExpiringSession> to RedisTemplate<?, ?> and uses
the bean name in a @Qualifer to ensure that the right RedisTemplate
bean gets injected.

Some libraries like aspectj are using findResource to see the raw
bytecode of a class. It will even call findResource for every method of
every class of beans that are post processed. This can be significant
performance hit on startup when LaunchedURLClassLoader and there are a
lot of nested jars.

This commit updates the default output produced when using Log2J 2 to
be similar to the output produced by Logback. It introduces a new
converter for throwables that adds some whitespace around stacktraces
and a color converter that produces ANSI-colored output when enabled
via spring.output.ansi.enabled.
