Stop setting local port in HtmlUnitRequestBuilder

This commit picks up where commit a0baeae9cf left off.

Specifically, in order to align with the behavior of
AbstractMockHttpServletRequestBuilder, HtmlUnitRequestBuilder no longer
sets the local port in the MockHttpServletRequest.
