Phillip Webb 86567aab1f Enable auto-configuration of OAuth2 machinery in a non-webapp 
Refactor `spring-boot-security-oauth2-authorization-server` to separate
core authorization server auto-configuration from Spring Security web
auto-configuration.

This update should allow authorization server auto-configuration
outside or a reactive or servlet web application.

Andy Wilkinson 396bdfb385 Make config metadata changelog generation more robust 
Previously, the list of modules for a particular version of Boot was
hard-coded. When this list got of a sync with a version's actual
modules, the changelog would become inaccurate as the generator would
not have a complete view of all of the version's metadata.

This commit addresses this by resolving the list of modules for a
particular version from its dependency management declared in
spring-boot-dependencies.

Brian Clozel bbd566c3cf Add spring-boot-reactor to reactive starters 
This commit adds the "spring-boot-reactor" module as a dependency to
reactive starters. While this was already the case for many starters,
this module was missing from GraphQL, RSocket, WebClient and WebFlux.
